Scoliosis Information

All 6th and 8th graders will be screened for scoliosis on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

Parent opt-out letters will be sent home on October 16th.

If you choose to opt your child out of screening, the signed form must be returned to the clinic by Monday, October 28th.
